Can't download Adobe flash

When on the internet if I try to watch video a pop-up says I need adobe flash player I try to download it and it fails to download can anyone help me please ?

You need to uninstall the old version using the Flash uninstall tool at this link.

Also make sure that you download the Flash Player from a valid source (the best is from adobe.com), there are some sneaky websites that want to let you download malware instead of the Flash Player.
If you have downloaded the latest Flash Player and a website still says you need to download it from them, I'd be VERY cautious.
