I have a HJT log below from my moms computer. I brought a copy home to figure out what I need to remove tomorrow. I have to reinstall spybot (its not working right) and I'm going to install adaware so these haven't been ran yet. I have been doing a search for all the processes, programs, etc. but there are two that I cannot figure out and I find no results when I do a search. Hopefully I will do this right and the ones I know I need to remove are in blue and the ones I cannot figure out will be in "RED". Can anyone please tell me what the red ones are and if they need to disappear?

Thanks QuietFusion!
I won't be going back over until tomorrow instead of today. I have downloaded copies of all the programs I need to take with me. My sisters boyfriend, who is a computer tech, put a new hard drive in it and it appears to me all he installed was Norton so I'm taking a copy of Zonealarm too. Will post a new log as soon as I'm done.

Thanks Again!!
