I get the following message every time I log on to my computer:

TODO: <File description> stopped working and was closed

A problem caused the application to stop working correctly.
Windows will notify you if a solution is available.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of this?

Depends on what it is. WHat are you doing when this occurs? Is it a game.
