Hi I'm new to the forums and have previously visited the site to fix an internet redirect issue. Unfortunately, several days after solving the problem, the same issue has returned. Norton internet scurity detects "packed.generic.238" but says "failed removal" when trying to fix the issue. I ran Malwarebytes and SUPERAntispyware and both programs deteted and removed threats. However, the problem persists. I also tried running Combofix, but it keeps reporting "not enough memory to complete sort" and does not detect anything. I am at a dead end. I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Norton Internet Security 2009 for reference.
