I recently installed a router on my XP machine, with a built-in wireless adapter inside. Now I get repeated "wireless 'n' connected" balloons off my system tray and they are a nuisance. Is there a way to just get one of these on a boot, and disable the constant ones? Thanks.

Not that I'm aware of. The only thing I can think of would be to disable all balloon alerts (not just network related ones).
