My neighbor has asked me for help with her Dell computer that is running slowly and can't connect to the internet. I was unable to run Adaware on it but I have run CCleaner, Malwarebytes and Superantispyware successfully. I also wanted to remove some unwanted programs such as CouponBar, cp_atenaShokunin1, x-lite, Mcaffee, etc.. but control panel does not give me that option in Add/Remove programs.
