All Windows updates to all of the client PC's on our network, are controlled by a SUS server. We have suppressed IE 8 from being installed on any of our clients. One PC managed to receive IE 8, but here's the strange part..............when you look in Add/Remove Programs.........IE 7 is still listed and IE 8 is no where to be found. When you open IE and go to Help--->About, Internet Explorer 8 comes up, but the version number is 7.0.5730.13IC.

How can IE 8 be uninstalled, so we can return to IE 7?
