sound and audio driver lost

need help plsss. i reformat my pc few days ago. after reformatting the speaker don't have a sound. i tried to locate my audio driver using directx diagnostic tool. their is no name at audio. locating it at control panel-sound and audio devices their is no audio driver.

how can i locate my audio driver? before this computer has a sound now its gone.

i tried realtec ac97 audio driver but it doest solve the problem.

and also in the device manager i found a device with yellow color on other devices. its a Pci modem does it cause the problem too?

System manufacturer and model?

What process did you use to accomplish this "reformat"?

how can i look for the manufacturer and model?

i just use a cd then click a command to install.

is RTM a sound driver?
