Outlook 2003 small problem

Sometimes when composing an email in outlook, I right click on a misspelt word and a list of (my own) email addresses comes up with no edit options.

I have tried to cut and paste my email into Word to compose it there and the same thing happens.

Windows xp sp3
Outlook 2003
