Hello all,

Please finish reading all before posting an answer. My computer, win xp, got infected with software security spyware. I
downloaded the Malwaresbyte and rename it to either exe or bat extension and try to install it but when i double click on the file
the first installing box pop up and then freeze on me. I tried to hit F8 to go to the safemode so i can install the malwarebytes but the computer
keep restarting after i choose the safe mode option. I tried to use the hijack to get the log but i cant' find any folder called software security or anything similar to that.

I just wonder if any one know any other tricks so i can get to safe mode to install the software so i can remove that nasty spyware out of my computer.

By the way, i have to disable all of the files in msconfig so that my computer can open up windows explorer or stuff like that.

Thanks
