Hi. yesterday my laptop froze up while i was watching a movie on my gom player. Alt+ctrl+delete didnt work either. It completely froze without blue screen. I tried few more times trying to view the movie and it froze up on me again. It randomly freezes up. At first there was a click click sound every time it froze while viewing a movie, or playing games so i ran and checked on my hard drive. Test came out normal and avg temperature of my hard drive was 40-41 Celsius. Today, I ran AVG antivirus and trend micro online scan and those came out ok too. Maybe its my hard drive, virus, internal hardware. My laptop still freezes up on me randomly even when im not doing anything. Sometimes it freezes up with a clicking sound and other times theres no sound at all. i ran one of your test programs.

Thank you for your time.

Its definitely not a problem with it being too hot. I ran some programs to make sure. I also ran the memory test through the iso cd and came out ok. So possiblities are virus, hard drive, integrated graphics card?? i dont know please help.
