Everytime I open my Windows Mail, I get an error message. I usually just close it and then my mail works fine. I'm just wondering if it means anything? Is it something I should worry about or can I fix it? Here is what it looks like:

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Sorry Mary I don't see your error message in your posts. It could just be my computer. Wait for others to post. B/C is here to help.

It says the entry point not found in the dynamic link library productinfo.dll. But it also lists a very long letter code.
