I hope I have posted this in the right section. I have a recurring problem with AOL. Every so often when I start up AOL, I get a notice saying something like "The Personal Filing Cabinet is in use. You are unable to sign on. Please re-start AOL." When I do get AOL started after this, all my emails and favourites links have disappeared. Does anyone know what is causing this to happen?
