I am at a stand still. I have Avg Free 8.5, Malware Bytes and Super anti spyware on my computer I have run them all in Safe mode. I now have the message: Your System is infected! System Has been stopped due to a serious malfunction. Spyware Activity has been detected. It is recommended to use Spyware removal tool to prevent data loss. Do not use the computer before all spyware removed.

I have tried running Spyware Doctor on both of my laptops. On this one it detected several medium threats. On the other they were all low. Now they want more money to fix the problem. I have already paid for Malware Removal Bot this year.

I ran hijack this on both and tried to run dds but ran into a snag. Can you help me Please?

Mbam is best run in normal mode.
Update mban, run a full scan and post the results

What snag did you have with DDS?
