What do you mean by "quick scan"?
Free has many ways to scan, mostly by the user selecting what to scan - all of it, just your documents, complete system, all removable drives, rootkits, and so on.

i mean like on avg free thers a thing were u can scan the part of ur pc that viruses hav been seen in the past year?
