Someone from Malwarebytes told me to use Combo Fix

I've used it before but every now and then after it reboots my pc its supposed to create the log but sometimes it does not turn back on?

After the reboot nothing happens...

Also during ComboFix scan it says this:

SED: can't read Drive.Folder.Dat: No such file or directory

First a warning about ComboFix

ComboFix is an extremely powerful tool which should only be used when instructed to do so by someone who has been properly trained. ComboFix is intended by its creator to be "used under the guidance and supervision of an expert", NOT for private use. Please read Combofix's Disclaimer. Using this tool incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system such as preventing it from ever starting again.

If you are having issues with ComboFix, I recommend one of two paths.
1) View this guide: How to use ComboFix
2) Follow this guide and post a DDS log in the HJT forum.

That's about it. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me. I will be happy to help you in any way I can.
