I instaled IfraRecorder to make a disk to disk copy and it stated it doesn't do this and the best way is to clone and restore the disk. Can you recommend the best freeware program for this and other utilites. I have Vista Pro and it is very limilted in capabilities.

Thank you

CopyOnTheFly or COF is an advanced technique requiring properly configured hardware and software.

Cloning by buffering to the hard drive and then writting a new disk is much safer and often times almost as fast.

http://www.imgburn.com/ frowns on COF also.

it is simple, or you made it that way. Thanks Unfortunately those simple things are the hardest for me.

Thank you very much.
