My computer has been infected with "system security"

I followed the tutorial for removal and was able to kill the program using process explorer. I also am able to install malwarebytes, however it will not open or run after being installed.

I used msconfig to prevent the spyware from loading on startup, but now I am unable to remove it with malwarebytes... any suggestions?
