SYMPTOMS
When you click a hyperlink in an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook Express, the wrong page appears in Microsoft Internet Explorer, or the following error page appears:
http:/1.0 404 Object Not Found

CAUSE
This problem occurs because the e-mail message that you receive is a UTF-8 encoded message, and the message contains a URL that includes Unicode characters in the address string. Outlook Express cannot interpret the Unicode characters correctly. Therefore, Outlook Express passes the wrong URL address to Internet Explorer.

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use any one of the following methods: In Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and then click to clear the Always send URL's as UTF-8 (requires restart) check box.
Paste the URL address into the Address box in Internet Explorer.

So what happens when you click the link? If nothing happens then try this.
Click start, click run, type regsvr32 urlmon.dll and click okay, you should get a message saying it has been successfully registered. Try your links again.
