no icons , start bar, or task manager

hello, once again my friend has gotten into trouble.

the only account that task manager will work in is the "guest account".

i used it to try and run malwarebyes. the only problem is that after the scan, malwarebytes will 'freeze' right away once i start to remove the problems. thus not really doing anything
of course i can't use the "guest" account to download any new virus programs like "pc-cillin" because it is not an "administrative account"
