windows vista pc complete backup

does the Complete Backup and Restore include copying and saving programs on hard drive?

If you're using Windows Vista Business, Enterprise, or Ultimate then yes, the Complete PC Backup saves your installed programs and all of your settings so that when your restore from it the drive or drives you backed up are exactly the same as they were when you performed the backup.
