I was originally using this router with my Window's XP desktop (Compaq Presario). That crashed and I'm now using (trying to use) the Linksys WRT54G router with my HP Pavillion dv6000 laptop. For some reason beyond me, I can only use 1 connection at a time. If I'm on the computer and turn on XBL, XBL will monopolize the connection and vice-versa. Whichever device comes on last takes over the connection. I didn't have this problem with my desktop. I could run 4 connections at a time no problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

FTR: I've searched Linksys' site and didn't find anything helpful.

Have you been to this independent Linksys site? It is not part of Linksys just a bunch of owners and techies, I have gotten some good tips there.

I actually didn't know that existed. Thanks a ton. I'm checking it out right now.
