My computer has been kinda slow lately. I've ran Spybot, AdAware, MS Anti-Spyware, and even used a free trial of SpySweeper. They didn't find anything. I've even done full scans with each of them. I've even done a full system scan with Avast, and it found nothing.

Yes I've been having even more trouble now, but I'm not sure if its a problem with memory or what.

I don't see anything in your log, so I doubt it is malware. HAve you done a defrag, chkdisk, and all of that yet? It may just be that you are in need of some maintenance. I'm curious why you think it may be a memory issue though?

Yea, I might have to do a defrag. I have been installing and uninstalling many program recently (updating a lot). I'll try a defrag and scandisk and if it doesn't get better I'll let you know.

The reason I said memory cause, I really noticed the slowness when accessing folders (explorer.exe).
