Padlock Icon on on files

Since I have installed Windows 7, and transfered all of my files that I was using back with Windows Xp, my Music and Picture and Video files all have a Padlock Icon on the file image.

They seem to be working fine, I can move them around and use them as I normally would.

Does anyone know what this means?
