If you still need help, could you post a fresh log?

Huh? Am I supposed to go to that link or something? I can't click on links. Do you just want me to repost the log again? I didn't understand your reply.

If you still need help, could you post a fresh HijackThis log?

Why can't you click on links? Can you provide a description of the problems that you are having?

Umm, I was hoping you could tell me why I can't click on links. LoL WhenI do nothing happens. It doesn't transfer me to a different page or anything. It's the same with certain buttons on websites as well. When I click on them what's supposed to happen doesn't happen. I can't compose e-mail because that button doesn't work when I click it. I have no clue what this is caused by.

Yes, you can't click on links because you have about a dozen different infections that are affecting your system adversely. The log up there is a few days old, so I may not be getting the complete picture, and thus won't be able to tell you why you can't click on any links.

So in short, you can't click on any links because your system is badly compromised. I apologize for not answering your question the first time around.

As I mentioned before, you have a badly infected system, so this is going to take several iterations. We will see if we can get your IE to work properly first.

*****

First, go to start>run>then type in services.msc. Find the following services:
WinTools for IE service
ZESOFT
hqisyar

One by one, right click on each of the files. Set each one to disabled, and stop each one.

Put a checkmark next to the following entries in HijackThis. Make sure all

Here's the new log. I couldn't delete one file in safe mode. The one under Windows (sf.exe) or something like that. I wrote down your instructions for errors but couldn't read my own hand writing!!

That looks a little better. Can you click on links yet? If I give you a path to download Ewido, would you be able to download it?

We still have a long way to go.

No, I can't click on links yet. I'll need an address or something for the download.
