Has anyone downloaded this software? I'm having a few problems with the Outlook update, and also problems something to do with Active X controls not operating sufficiently for one of the programmes to download.
Would Appreciate any help.

Hi if you go to the microsoft site, which is www.microsoft.com click on downloads office and run for updates it should run a scan to see if you need any.
On active x when this appear so should a toolbar. click ok, then go to yellow toolbar and just click again, you need active x to do downloads. it will ask you everytime that is ok it is suppost to.
