does this install all versions of IE with SP3?

Looks like Windows XPSP3 Virtual PC images with different versions of IE.

Yes these are MS Virtual PC, virtual hard disk(VHD) images, but not worth downloading (they expire in August 2009)

I thought the reason for getting them is because they're going to expire.
