Small buisness server 2003 email

Does anyone have any experience setting up a email server with windoes small buisness server I am haveing truble figureing it out and was wondering if anyone could offer any help

Is that microsoft office outlook2003, if so then get bac to me.
Now installed Microsoft Security Essencials on my Tower with Windows Home Premium 32bit and Toshiba Satellite Pro Laptop with Windows Home Premium 64bit

no it would be setup useing microsoft exchange witch is bundled with SBS 2003
