If you think you are infected submit a hijackthis log here.

How to submit a hijackthis log

Download Hijackthis

Try running Sysclean you'll also need the virus template file from here lpt***.zip

McAfee Sdat
If your happy working via the command prompt download the latest SDAT file from McAfee use sdat****.exe /e to extract the contents, then run scanpm to clean your system.

If your in doubt post a hijackthis log and get expert help.
