I don't know if there is actually spyware in any of this, but my sister's computer is running slow, and she doesn't know why, so if you could just look at this and see if there's anything running that shouldn't be, I would really appreciate it.

I do not see any anti-virus running. Please visit

http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

or

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

and scan for viruses.

Then visit:
http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/

and scan for trojans.

Reboot and post a new log.

I scanned with that Trojan thing, and it didn't find anything. I scanned with the virus site you told me to scan with, and it didn't find anything, but when I downloaded a virus program I use on my own computer (AVG Virus Scan from computercops.biz) it found 15 trojan downloaders, and it could only remove 5 of them. I'm assuming that's because the other 10 were running, but when I ran Avg on safe mode, it it still couldn't remove them. It said they were in the C drive in a folder called _RESTORE. Would that be in the registry? It wasn't actually i the C drive even with hidden and system files displayed, so that's the only thing I could think of. What should I do about that?

Disable System Restore. You can find instructions on how to enable and reenable system restore here:

Managing Windows Millenium System Restore

or

Windows XP System Restore Guide

Renable system restore with instructions from tutorial above

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.
