I am new here and am having computer problems. I have a "user only " proficiency with computers - I just want it to do it's job without having to tinker with it! So now I am here because I have a problem that requires tinkering - was referred by another poster from another forum.

Hope I can find some help !

What sort of trouble are you having?
(also try to include what OS, versions, and anything that may be important)
