0 disk space available, and cant delete anything please help [Moved]

hello, i have 0 space available and have delted about 10 gb of stuff from my hardrive without any change in disk space, i have of course deleted it from the trash bin also but no change, i cant seem to watch any youtube videos suddenly also, i try to download combofix and hijackthis but have 0 space available for then so cant, if someone can please help me it would be very much apreciated, thank you.
