Not sure if it is the correct forum so mods feel free to move it. I came across the link below at another but non technical forum I visit. It seems to be a handy tool but not knowing much about this stuff myself I thought I should offer it for the perusal of the experts here who can then explain if it is a good, bad or indifferent program to have. please discuss.

I have used and recommended it before
You usually use it when setting up your new Dell or HP, etc to get rid of all the useless factory installed programs
You still need to do some extra trimming
