Hey i've been having numerous problems with windows xp proffessional but the most recent one was when i was repairing itunes and after reinstalling windows installer 3.1. Once i'd opened it and connected my ipod, it starting updating but then my computer screen just went black and nothing else. I switched it off and on again and i got a message saying my computer had recovered from a serious error. I dont know what to do as i feel my whole system is unstable. Is there something wrong with my hard drive???
if anyone has any suggestions i'd be very grateful i'm so scared lol!
thanks, jo

By the way, it did it again and i looked at the error report and it said:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini070505-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\JOJO~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml
if that helps anybody, thanks
