Since recently downloading the update when I shut down the system, it hangs in the "grayed state" as if it were in the process of shutting down and stopped half way through. I am able to click "shut down" again and it will finish. Otherwise it will sit in that mode indefinitely. Anyone have an answer? Thanks

How long is indefinately? Depending on what I have been doing on my system, it will sometimes seem to hang on shutdown. If I let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes, it will finally shut down. Most people get impatient after 30 seconds, and just hit the button again. I'm not saying that is what you did, I'm just making sure the obvious doesn't get overlooked first. And I know people can be really impatient at times.

On a side note, you will need to change your member name. It is not a good idea to have your e-mail address publicly posted. The link below, explains this in more detail.
