My friend only has PCI slots, and he has decided to purchase a new video card.
He's buying this one.

Seeing as it doesn't state the amount of watt power required, and seeing as I've looked around.

I'm going to ask you guys, do you think his 300W power supply cans support this? He honestly doesn't have anything else in his slots, just everything that came with the computer. ( It has an on board graphics/sound card. ) - But he did upgrade his ram to 1GB. As I've heard from a few people, the actual watt requirement is just a factory thing- it could possibly run on a power supply under 50W.

Should pull about 30 watts. I don't see a problem.

Fwooh - Well he didn't buy the card, he bought this one instead.

Is it better than the previous card? I don't think he made a good decision.

( Also the card does seem too powerful for his power supply, no? )
