Hi, I know this may seem silly but I had a problem with my computer a couple months ago. The problem was taken care of, but the guy left me instructions on how to remove combo fix safely from my computer. Well I didn't pay my internet bill  and now that thread is gone. Is there any speical way to do this or can I just delete it? I have attached a pic of my desktop, if there are any other items I can remove also please let me know.

Thank you

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
