I recently took my computer to a repair shop to have the internet speed tested as my broadband was VERY SLOW. I have noticed since I brought it back home that the cd rom software for my camera will not load (the start up menu does not appear on screen), neither will the manual. I have also tried to re install all my computer games and none of them will run although I can hear the cd spinning. Before I took my pc into this shop I could install/uninstall all the camera and games as and when I wanted. Does anyone know why this has happened? Many thanks for any info suggested.

Thank you for your comments.

Hello Mark,

Yes the drive shows in the window when I open my computer. I should also add that the DVD player has gone the same way. That is also showing in the My Computer window. Very strange goings on me thinks

Cheers,

Phil.
