Hijackthis: Please Help Diagnose

I have this problem that when i go to search engines such as google and yahoo i click on the link i want and it redirects me somewhere other than where i want to go. It brings me to random sites including ad sites other search engines and random sites. It redirects me almost every single time I click a link. I am really bad at computer stuff so i really need help because this problem is super annoying. Thank you so much for your help in advance. Here is my hijack this log....

I cant help you unless you post a Hijackthis log.
