Was trying to upload pictures from a Kingston Tech. picture memory card for my Sony Alpha 350 camera. When I plugged in the card, the autoplay function was displayed as normal, however, when I went to view the pictures (about halfway down the window) the pictures failed to show their thumpnails, and would prompt the error message 'preview is not available'.

When I tried putting the card back into the camera, it failed to work, and when I tried putting it back on to my pc, I would get an error message regarding an 'incorrect format'. Obvously, I do not want to this, because I don't want to lose all my data. Any ideas regarding what could be going on? Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Hi jreichert,

Which Kingston Tech memory card are you using? Some of their cards now come with a recovery software on them, but it's their ultimate line of cards. If you put kingston tech memory card recovery into google, you will find some program offers for recovering photos. Some programs like that can be used on a trial basis to see if you want to buy them later.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try it, and see what happens...
