Hello everyone, I have decided to reformat my computer because I have a lot of stuff on it I no longer use, but mostly because I have a virus that is trying to steal my paypal account.

I was wondering how to back-up my e-mail onto a disc so i can put it back onto the computer after reformatting.

I run Windows XP and use Outlook Express 6.
