In an attempt to format my windows xp w/sp2 with the factory reinstallation cd, boot from disc option would not come up on boot. Went into bios and changed the boot priority to boot cd's first before hard drives . upon doing this the computer froze. When I tried to restart no signal would come up on the monitor and keyboard and mouse recieve no power. re-install disc does nothing and i cannot input commands because keyboard does not recieve power. Any ideas?
