Good Day.....Does anyone know where I might find information on the comparison between AMD and Intel processors? In specific, I am looking for the equivalent AMD processor to an Intel Pentium 2.4-2.8 GHz. Any help or insight would be appreciated.

As a general rule, Athlon XP2400+ to Athlon XP2800+. They were direct competitors at the time.

Basically AMD's naming system is a 2400+ processor will run about as well as a 2.4GHz Intel processor, 3000+ will run about as well as a 3.0GHz Intel processor, etc.
