I am pulling out my red hair and it's not a pretty sight :-)

This malware continually replicates itself when removed. I tried to download exctrlst_setup.exe (as suggeted by your site) but after downloading the exe file it installs and then ---nothing...cannot locate the program anywhere... this malware is a nightmare...and I cannot find anything to get rid of it. When I use a tool called Remove On Reboot, it works but then another one appears again only in the TEMP folder under WINDOWS. I have tried everything. If there is anyone out there with a heart and knowledge I would be ever grateful for your assistance as I run a non profit org that feeds hungry families healthy food and our one and only computer is in dire straits.

Thank you so much....please feel free to email me directly at: @yahoo.com (please anyone reading this, no spam please, please, please)...

EDIT: email address removed - now you won't get any spam

I'm busy at the moment but I just want to assure this is not malware or an infection
I will post later on how to remove it
