I think I am infected. I have been unable to access antivirus scanning sites on one of my computers. I can't even access your we site. Internet explorer just shuts down. I have tried several different scans on my own, the latest one today was Mal-ware bytes. I will attach logs from dds and malware. After cleaning the 3 things that Malware found, I still cant access your web site. So I think all the problems haven't been found. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

Thank you for replying. I am afraid that I ended up wiping the computer and reloading windows and starting over. However, I do have another computer that I am unsure of, If it would be okay I would like to have you look at the logs for this one.
Thank you for your help.

Hi apttool
I'm afraid Bleeping Computer's policy is that each new computer's case needs to have it's own special thread, due to the fact that each computer is a different case. We get many requests per day and we serve people on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please start a new topic in the same forum, but please remember to copy and paste the DDS logs into your reply. Please refer to this thread to help you prepare your topic so you can get a reply as soon as possible.

Thanks for understanding.
