Cant install SP2 get Control ID not found.

Every time I try to install SP 2 everytime I get to this step it gives me the error.... Control ID not found.

You do have SP1 installed, Correct ?

If not go to the MS site & update to SP1 then install SP2 .

Yes I do have SP1. I checked the Winver under run to make sure.

Did you disable your AV program...before attempting the install?
