Hello to all Bleeping Computer Members,

I am a student at Arizona State University and am doing research on individuals who frankly seem to have a real passion for their computers. I have met many wonderful PC and Mac owners around Phoenix over the past year and quite a few suggested that I post my survey here on Bleeping Computer.

So, if you are “into computers,” please do me the favor of completing my online survey. This should take no more than fifteen minutes of your time. My questions ask your opinions about your favorite computer – there are no right or wrong answers. Of course all answers are anonymous and your responses will only be used in combination with those of other computer enthusiasts.

Those who have completed my questionnaire have found it asks some fun and interesting questions.

To access my online survey, just click on the following link, or copy and paste it into your browser:

Your help with my research project is really appreciated. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Jill Evans

P.S. I hope it is OK that I posted my survey here - if it is not, please let me know and I will take it down immediately. Thanks!

I hope it is authorised by BC for this to be posted and for members to take part in the survey?

As this has not already been removed and has now been posted near 24hours i assume it is ok......

Eitherway i don't mind spending a few moments helping out

Nice survey. Some of the questions are repeated or redundant, though.

Dear Bleeping Computer Forum Members,

Thank you for your overwhelming support of our research study! I sincerely appreciate everyone who has taken some time to answer our questions. I am also grateful for forum administrators for allowing us to post our survey link here. I are always looking for creative ways to reach "real people" in the "real world" in my studies, and am thrilled with the opportunity to connect with you here on this forum.

To answer some messages I have received, our study's intent is to better understand the many roles that computers can play in people's lives. Hope that helped to clear some things up!

Best regards,
Jill
