Has anyone setup Group Policy settings to "disallow" access to the internet options page?

Also, some spyware/adware programs will "disallow" access to the internet options page.

You may want to try using Malwarebytes on this machine and see what comes up. www.malwarebytes.org

If it finds something, let it clean all traces and reboot if it says it needs to reboot the computer to complete the cleaning process.

If you still cannot get into the internet options page, let us know and have your MBAM logs for further analysis.

Good Luck,
