Im a bit behind the times in the computer world, but I used to know all kinds of great things which just seem to be completely outdated now. (I still know DOS rather well :\ )

Its sad tho, as Im only 25 but Im just too poor to own anything decent.

On a happier note, I'll be buying an Acer Aspire ONE laptop soon, and while it isn't exactly the greatest CPU in the world, maybe I'll be able to update my brain a bit when it comes to all these new-fangled apps, software, and hardware that I dont understand anymore.

To put this in perspective, Ive never owned anything thats had wireless (my dad laughed at me when I told him I didnt know how to connect his laptop to his wireless printer) I JUST got a phone that can connect to the interwebs, and Ive never had a computer that had more than 40gbs of hard drive space or 512mb of RAM.

Anyways, my second post will be about how crappy my desktop is and if anyone can help me with it.

Thanks, laters

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There's a lot of very useful information, in there.

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
