I screwed up and downloaded what I thought was a flash player update to my (Windows xp) PC. It turned out to be a nasty virus. It has shut down my Noton Anti-Virus and my Spybot Search & Distroy. It will not let me reconfigure to a previous date or access the Norton website and other security sites. Is anyone familiar with this and does anyone have any advice on how to clean it up.
